Keller Williams Realty has amazing technology, and every one who works with KW is provided with a slick, high-tech, enabled website with all the bells and whistles for anyone looking to buy a house for sale. As you can imagine, the inventory changes minute to minute, hour to hour, day to day, and that syndication is expensive.
One of the drawbacks -- in my opinion -- was that these sites typically requires home shoppers to log on, create an account and password... just to look. The goal is “capture” your lead, and we all know the game. I myself am reluctant to create more logins and passwords unless I’m truly serious and/or enticed, and I’m sure you are too.
I get it! Buyers just want to look.
Another drawback is that provided site was more geared to home buyers than home sellers, who have their own specific needs and questions.
After much thought, I it’s time to be bold and brand myself, so people can get to know me. So here I am, world (or at least, my little part of the world in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes region of upstate New York!)! This vlog will give me a platform to teach home buyers and sellers on the ins and outs of this process.
Done beats perfect is my motto this year, so forgive the awkwardness of it all as I launch, learn, grow and go forward.
